Eternal Devotion is a reflection on my personal conflict with Christianity. I used water as a representation of baptism, a symbol of devoting oneself to God. However, my confliction and nonaligned belief has caused me to question my faith and delay my baptism. In this piece I conceptually tie together my inner religious conflict, my conflict with my parents within my family, and the conflicting views of Christianity and Atheism on a societal level through an emotional representation of myself.
